How CCA Store Certification Is Earned

Store certification is tied to measurable staff completion, manager development, and active use of the CCA retail system.

Stores become eligible for certification when required staff and manager completion standards are met.

Certification reflects active operational standards — not participation alone.

Certified stores can display CCA certification through certificates, window decals, and in-store signage, helping customers recognize stores committed to professional retail standards.
